Mandy Lam, CPA

Vice President, Finance

Mandy Lam is the Vice President of Finance for Green Generation and is responsible for the development of GreenGen’s financial management strategy.  Her role includes management of the Company’s accounting compliance and reporting process, implementing appropriate systems of internal control, accounting standards, policies and procedures, and supporting its internal finance functions.

Mandy is also responsible for the preparation of financial models and forecasts, budgets, and budget analysis. She coordinates with executives and project managers for operations and budget process support, and she communicates and implements stretch targets to ensure continued alignment of the Company’s objectives and improved performance. Mandy is a member of GreenGen’s Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Green Generation, Mandy was a senior manager at Snyder Cohn, a mid-sized public accounting firm. She has over 14 years of experience serving companies across a variety of industries, including technology, hospitality, professional services, real estate, private equity funds, and nonprofit. Mandy played an integral role in the firm’s auditing and advisory department. She worked directly with business owners and financial executives to advise on technical accounting and tax matters, assist in special projects, and consult with business affairs. Mandy was a member of the firm’s Quality Control Committee.

Mandy is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and GWSCPA. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland. She is the Treasurer and a board member of SEEC, a nonprofit agency that supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live lives of their choosing.
