  • Allyson Schallack, Project Manager, US
  • Asa Constantian, Associate, Engineering, US
  • Sara Söderström, Program Manager, France

In his new role as Controller, Steve Tardalo is responsible for coordinating the company’s financial  reporting and establishing policies, controls, and procedures within the accounting function. Prior to joining GreenGen, Steven served as Controller for Xtiva Financial Systems. Steve is a financial management professional who brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, sales, and general management.

As a member of the Program Management team, Soldely Dilone supports GreenGen’s clients in developing and implementing energy efficiency and carbon reduction strategies. Prior to GreenGen, Soldely was a Project Manager on the Smart & Sustainable Cities team at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC).

Sara Söderström is GreenGen’s new Program Manager, EU, and is responsible for developing and executing GreenGen’s carbon reduction strategies in Europe. Based in Paris, France, Sara engages with and supports clients and stakeholders through the energy plan development process, manages internal resources in support of client deliverables, and ensures successful project implementation for strategic energy saving solutions. Prior to GreenGen, Sara worked for more than a decade in the real estate sector, in asset and portfolio management and investment positions for Grosvenor Europe and Unibail Rodamco Westfield.

Allyson Schallack joins GreenGen as a Project Manager, overseeing and directing on-site construction projects from conception to completion, including reviewing all projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. As an Associate, Engineering, Asa Constantian works with the engineering team to analyze and implement sustainable solutions. His primary responsibilities include financial analytics, product research and development, on-site assessments, and general solution design. Previously working as an intern at GreenGen, Asa now joins full-time.

“I am very excited to work at GreenGen because they are willing to give me the opportunity to grow into my best self,” states Allyson Schallack. “I look forward to making connections with our customers, so they understand the thought and planning that goes into every project I work on. I want them to come back to us again and again because they trust us to help them transition to a low-carbon world.”

Asa Constantian enjoys working at GreenGen “because it allows me to make a real-world impact designing and contracting advanced HVAC systems that can be three to four times as energy efficient as the systems they replace.”

“GreenGen has a great culture where everyone is hard working and cares about their job, but at the same time, they understand and genuinely care about you,” says Steve Tardalo. “It is nice to be part of a winning team and to see the increased demand for our services is rewarding.”

“I’m excited about working at Green Generation,” said Soldely Dilone, “because as someone who cares about the quality of our cities over time, I love that we help our clients improve the performance of their buildings in a way that is holistic. We not only consider energy efficiency and carbon emissions reductions, but also prioritize how our measures could increase asset value over time and consider the capital investment and ROI which matter to our clients. Most of all, I love that we are actionable – we create net zero carbon pathways, and then implement the proposed solutions.”

“I’m excited to join Green Generation at this stage of expansion in Europe,” said Sara Söderström. “It is clear that ESG has become priority within the real estate sector, and I am looking forward to working together with our clients to increase the value of their assets and businesses through targeted sustainability and energy efficiency measures.”

“Our recent new hires bring deep industry experience to GreenGen that supports our work and outcomes in the US and abroad,” said Brad Dockser, Chief Executive Officer of GreenGen. “Recruiting top talent to GreenGen is critical to continuing to deliver superior results for our clients.”
