Beau Bakley

Director, Project Management

Beau is a member of the project management team where he is responsible for the implementation of contracted projects, including maintaining budgets and timelines. In the last four years, Beau has implemented over 50 projects in 15 states, including lighting, chiller plants, solar PV systems, and controls for publicly traded REITs and private equity firms, as well as government agencies including GSA, US Forest Service, and Customs and Border Protection.

Throughout his work experience prior to GreenGen, Beau was at Sustainable Oil Service, a zero-waste facility where he learned the fundamentals of how a truly sustainable business converts all waste streams into recycled products.

As a graduate of the University of Colorado’s highly touted environmental studies program, Beau is excited to continue his education and work experience in the sustainable energy field. Having spent the past four years in Boulder, Colorado, the country’s leader in environmental stewardship and consciousness, Beau has decided to devote his career path towards this field of work.
