GreenGen provides technical due diligence support and services that help identify potential energy savings that can either be used to firm up a bid or to create a lasting impact on cash flow immediately after closing.
GreenGen quickly mobilizes a team of engineers to assess available utility data and perform an onsite assessment during due diligence.
Within three business days of the onsite assessment, GreenGen will provide you with a Flash Report, which provides a summary of potential ECMs that can reduce energy-related operating costs. We also include potential costs, rebates, and modeled savings for each ECM. A full report follows within three weeks.
Our report will also identify the potential for enhanced CapEx, where required CapEx/EUL projects can be redesigned to decrease energy-related costs and increase cashflow and asset value.
Clients use this information either to support their bid price or to identify energy efficiency projects that can be implemented at closing and to make certain that the necessary capital is set aside at closing.
